2023 NC CCHC Annual Conference (and Membership payment)

The forms below allow individuals to register for

* The 2023 NC CCHC Annual Conference which (for CCHCs only) will include NC CCHC Association Membership from the date of the Annual Conference in 2023 to the date of the Annual Conference in 2024

or

* NC CCHC Association Membership from the date of the Annual Conference in 2023 to the date of the Annual Conference in 2024 (CCHCs only). Benefits of NC CCHCA Membership are outlined here: https://nccchcassociation.org/join/

The first form will collect registration and payer information and the second will collect payment (“Tickets”). Payment for tickets must be completed through credit card transactions (no cash/checks) and payment will be completed through PayPal.

The NC CCHC Association Conference will be held at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel in Durham, North Carolina on:

*  Tuesday, September 26th from 9:30 am to 5 pm and

*  Wednesday, September 27th from 8 am to 12 pm

Payment must be completed at the time of registration unless your organization plans to pay for multiple registrations at one time. If so, the CCHC is responsible for ensuring that this payment takes place in a timely manner.
