2024 NC CCHC Annual Conference and Membership
The forms below allow individuals to register for
* The 2024 NC CCHC Annual Conference which (for CCHCs only) will include NC CCHC Association Membership from the date of the Annual Conference in 2024 to the date of the Annual Conference in 2025 or * NC CCHC Association Membership from the date of the Annual Conference in 2024 to the date of the Annual Conference in 2025 (CCHCs only). The first form will collect registration and payer information and the second will collect payment (“Tickets”). Payment for tickets must be completed through credit card transactions (no cash/checks) and payment will be completed through PayPal.
The NC CCHC Annual Conference will be held at the Hickory Metro Convention Center in Hickory, NC on:
* Tuesday, September 24th from 9:30 am to 5 pm and
* Wednesday, September 25th from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

Payment must be completed at the time of registration unless your organization plans to pay for multiple registrations at one time. If so, the CCHC is responsible for ensuring that this payment takes place in a timely manner.
